Several contacts to customer service no one can resolve credentialling issue. Out of nowhere all TVs stopped working with same message about high speed internet and no video subscription. There are no changes to instant tv subscription. Any advice to pointing customer service to the right issue to resolve some type of mistaken credentialling?
