We inquired about getting better service in our sunroom and the technician changed the modem. Since then the service has gotten worse. I started a chat to have this corrected within four days and was provided a link to get the free pods. I filled out the fields and received no confirmation and NO pods. This was six weeks ago. I spent over two hours on the phone last Saturday, and was promised the pods the following Monday. Again NO confirmation and NO pods. I spent another 2+ hours on the phone today with three different people. Was told he Pablo would “speak to his supervisor” and call me back. That was five hours ago, and NO call back. I just want my free pods so I can use the internet in my sunroom like I did with the old modem.
