I received an invitation to "upgrade" in the mail a couple days ago. So, I decided to go online and look over my account to see if the "upgrade" was worth it. Every time I click "manage plan" I get a message telling me to call the 1-877 number. This despite the fact that the computer answering service tells me to go online to manage my account as does a statement at the top of my bill!
I consider this unbelievable for a tech company. When I did call today, I got bounced back and forth between 4 different "agents" until finally being disconnected. I even tried to contact Xfinity through Facebook message, but to no avail.
Unless something changes, I'm planning to switch back to DirecTV.
