So I recently switched to Xfinity and recieved an Internet package which includes the Flex streaming box thing. My family wants me to include a couple of set top boxes with the plan but every time I go to my account or attempt to add a service, device, or change my plan, I get a screen telling me sorry and to contact Xfinity. I did so and got nowehere with them. I even checked the Xfinity status page and it came back telling me that everything was up and running and that nothing is wrong. Is it actually down or am I just being messed with because this is getting incredibly frustrating.
