When I signed up for Comcast Internet I chose a 3-5pm window for the installation. Now the service technician hasn’t arrived and it is past five. I am unable to access my account online or on the app. It says ‘you are logged in but we are unable to access your account details.’ When I tried to call the Comcast support number I can’t get past the robot because it doesn’t recognize my account or phone number! So now I have no set up and no recourse to figure out the problem! Please help!
