Cancelled service, Still receiving a new bill. Please help!
Called to disconnect/ cancel service by the end of bill cycle July 17th, 2020. Talked to an representative and verify that that will be my last bill and paid, already receviced the email for service disconnected. Also mentioned the service will be cancelled and there will be no more bill. Checked the account again to verify, find out there is a statement/bill for the new cycle and called again on July 18th, 2020 again and spoke to an agent, said will take care of it and ignore the bill, will send update regarding the update. As of today July 20th, 2020, no email update, account still shows the statement, and everytime I called, there is an appointment schedule for the address I cancelled which isn't make by me. Please help. I will provide account info and more when needed. Thanks.
