Cancellation request

I've been calling 1-800 Xfinity all day and I get through all of the automated questions until I get asked if I want to do a survey at the end of the call.  Regardless of what my answer is, the call goes silent for 5 mins then simply drops.  

 

All I want is for my service to be terminated.  I'm not happy with it.  The internet drops randomly throughout the day.  With everyone working from home, this is simply unacceptable.  

 

Please either contact me or provide me with a reliable method to contact customer service that isn't going to drop my call.
