Does the 30 day cancellation period apply to someone who is an existing Comcast customer who just signed a new contract? I was tricked into Triple Play and I hate my new contract. I'm now paying the same price for half the channels I had for the last 2 years. I just want my old contract/price. I was told that I could upgrade/downgrade within the 2 years, but they DIDN'T tell me that I will only be able to get deals on Triple Play in the future. I don't want Voice. I never wanted Voice. I don't even have a working phone jack. But after an agent wasted 45 minutes of my time discussing my internet/tv needs, we settled on this overpriced plan. Then right before I was about to "sign" she told me it included voice.
