Hello, I recently just entered into a triple play agreement on Aug 4. If I am not happy with service, can I cancel in 40 days with no penalty

If you're a new customer 40 days would be too late; you would need to cancel within 30 days.  If you're an established customer you can make changes to your plan without penalty as long as you continue with at least one service.

Yeah, sorry, I meant 30 days.  I got my triple play on August 4.  Just wanted to make sure I could cancel within 30 days without penalties as I am not happy with my service
