I tried to cancel my home security service because i sold my home. Instead i was signed up for another 2 year contract and told it would cost hundereds of dollars to cancel. Why would i sign up for another 2 years when i sold my home? they wouldn't let me cancel so i put it on hold so that the payments would stop while i had time to find out how to get out of the contract that i dont' need. Now no one will help me because the account that i dont need is on hold. This is a decpetive practice that warrants a law suit if i dont get someone to listen to me and help me cancel the service soon. Who do i contact? i have called customer service and got nothing.
