Cancel tv & keep internet

I have had nothing but problems since I got service 2 days ago. I want cancel tv & keep internet. But website keeps telling me they have no offers & won't let me change anything. I've talk to few customer service & thought things were cleared up but once again it was not.. Bill started at $79 jumped to $113 now it's $122. I'm not doing that we can't afford that.. All these hidden fees
