Hello, thanks for reaching out and I can assist you with this cancelling concern! Your name would have to be listed on the account as an authorized user in order to make changes. So if not done so already, the account holder would have to call in and add your full name to the account. Being listed as a secondary user through Xfinity Online My Account, would only give you online access and permissions. I can check to see if you are listed as an authorized user, if you like.
