After 12+ years as a loyal Comcast customer, the constant rate increases and ticky tack charges are getting too much. I've recently gone through some life changes where I need to downgrade or cancel service. I am hoping I can hear from a Comcast rep that actually cares about an existing customer vs only trying to recruit new ones. I am paying over $180 per month for internet and cable and a new customer is roughly half that! Plus with the other competition out there, I just cannot justify the HUGE cost difference!
