We appreciate you reaching out to us for help in finding a more fitting service plan for your needs. I wanted to check in quickly to see if you were able to find help with this or if you were still in need of a hand, I'd be more than happy to help if so.
You have to call 1-800-XFINITY to cancel services but the internet only price will be steep. I'm finding that out the hard way. These companies don't care about us at all so hopefully you have a 2nd option to go to.
