Cancel a Cancellation request

I just got an email from Xfinity saying my cancellation request was received. I did not send a cancellation request. Is my service going to be disconnected? I would very much like to keep it. Thanks!

You might want to call Comcast's CSA (Customer Security Assurance). They may be able to help you with information about this. Their phone number is (888) 565-4329.
