I'm assuming the difficulty is intentional when you try to cancel a premium channel. Comcast wants to make it as difficult as possible for you to do that, so you just say "forget it," and they can get that $.
Anyways, I need to cancel my Starz subscription. I don't want to call or visit a center. How can I cancel this? When I go to channel lineup, there is no option for cancelling, only adding services. What should be a super easy point and click is certainly not. Glad to see Comcast is still playing their games we definately won't pick up on.
