Cancel Adult Subscription

I would like to cancel and adult subscription and can not find anywhere to remove it from my account. How do I cancel without calling the help line?

Thank you for posting to the Xfinity Forums to get assistance removing your channel subscription. We've made managing your channel subscriptions easy. From your X1 remote and cable box, follow the steps below:

  1. Press "Xfinity" 
  2. Scroll right to "Apps" 
  3. Scroll down to "Xfinity" 
  4. Scroll right to "Manage Channels" 
  5. Locate the channel you wish to remove and "Uncheck" it, 
  6. Then, "Review" and "Confirm" the changes, and you should be good to go! 


If this doesn't work, I can remove it for you. Can you please send a private message including the full name as it appears on the account and your full name if different? To send a Private Message, please click Comcast_Support” and click “send a message.
