When I moved and transferred service, they created a new account, my old account still has an active email which has my phone attached. Because of this I cannot add my phone as a 2 step verification to the current account.
When I try to remove the phone from the old account it gives me an error every time:
Error: SH400.21 Logged in user or user to be modified is invalid or blank.
