I haven't been able to reach anyone by phone so I'm reaching out for help here.

Everytime I try to register my number it tells that "This phone number is already associated with an Xfinity account". Any other account should have been closed.
Also, I added the Anime Network to my package. I got partially billed for it last billing cycle and billed fully for it this billing cycle and I cannot access it.
Can someone help me here?
