Can't manage service options online

I am interested in exploring the other options available to me but I get the following message: "We're sorry, it looks like you'll need some help completing your order."

 

I am not interested in speaking to someone directly to explore my options. I would like to go through them independently online as I am able to do with every other service.

Depending on your services you may not be able to manage your account online. An employee here would be happy to help you if you like though. Just tell them what you want and they will send you a message with available options. Would you like me to ask an employee to help you?
