Can't manage my plan online

Can't manage my plan online

I've tried several times to manage my plan online and it asks me to call customer service. For what I pay, I should be able to manage my channels online. I've attempted to reach out through the live chat with promises that somebody can assist me and then I'm told to please call the number after a ten minute chat. If I wanted to call and I have the option of calling at that particular time, I would've picked up the phone initially.  I upgraded online, I don't understand why I can't manage the channels. Is this manage plan feature going to be available in the near future? I like to see my options in front of me instead of over the phone. 


Any help would be appreciated-

Hello tesszero. We apologize for the inconvenience. This is a known issue that we are working to address. We currently do not have an ETR on the shopping section of our website. In the meantime, I can offer you customer support with going over offers that available to your account. Please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can assist you.
