Can't get in touch with customer service for a change of plan
I would like to speak to a customer representative regarding my billing plans.
I have tried countless times to speak to one directly through the phone via 1-800-XFINITY for about two months now, without success. Due to my wife being hospitalized since January, we would like to cancel our TV service.
The past dues are accumulating and we don't have any means to pay that amount, considering most of the expenses are going towards health care.
