I have tried to get get help from the prepaid department customer service and I still don't have prepaid instant TV service streaming with my Roku.<br>So since I signed up for automatic payments, I stopped automatic payments for the service. That seems to be the only way to guarantee that my instant TV streaming service is canceled,and I won't be twkenof another 37.00 that won't get refunded. SlingTv has more channels, drv services and better customer service. And I will be happy to pay the same amount or a little more. And I can get over the air channels with my antenna. I now truly understand why everyone complain about customer service, they stink.
