Can’t get a tech visit

I have been without internet for 4 days. Each support rep I talk to or chat with takes me through the same process before trying to schedule a tech visit. No one has been able to do so due to an error on my account. I have spent at least 4 hours of each of the last 3 days on with support. I have been transferred to supervisors, different departments, and back into the queue. How do I get a resolution?
