My service went down around 6pm. I have attempted to call in multiple times, each time it redirects me to this "text support". After walking through all the steps in in support, it asks if I want an agent to call me. I say yes, and then at 10pm I finally get a call, just to tell me there is a "System Error" and that i cannot be connected to a live agent. I have gotten one of these calls EVERY 10 MINUTES FOR THE PAST HOUR.
Finally, I get a call and the automated system tells me I will be connected in 5 minutes to an agent. After waiting on hold for almost 20 minutes, the call ends. No live agent, no automated voice, just call ended. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I've been without service all night, and I've been a customer of comcast for over 10 years. This needs to be fixed
