Can't get a hold of someone - need to reactivate my service ASAP

I've been trying to get a hold of someone all day and the chat feature randomly kicked me off when I was #5 in the queue. I am supposed to have a kit mailed to me tomorrow but need to re-activate my service asap! Can I get a real person?
