Using latest Windows, Chrome. Have stopped all anti-ad, anti-virus software. When asking Xfinity Assistant for 'representative', selecting 'Billing' and 'start chat', a separate chat sesion window opens (https://chat2.xfinity.com/system/templates/chat/comcast/index.html?entryPointId=1006&templateName=co...)
However, the session page is blank and no chat agent starts the session.
Have used different browsers, closed/opened new Xfinity pages, still have the same issue.
