I am having a big problem with your company!
I need to speak with someone who can help. Ever since we made a change to our service we have not been able to get a bill. Payments that have been made have not been posted!
Now being threatened with termination and late fees.
I tried calling 4+ hours on the phone, 5 agents ,4 different stories, 4 hang-ups.
