I have been out of the states for more than 3 months, longer than expected because of the overall virus situation. This month my bill increases a lot only to make it worse for me. I don't know when I will be able to make it back to the states, so have it have in canceled.
I tried to call customer service but was always put on hold, and the international dialing charges me $2/min. Can somebody help out, please?
