Can't access account or pay bill

I'm a new customer and today I noticed my wifi access isn't working, so I'm trying to pay my bill but it's saying I owe $0.00 and that my bill is currently being generated. Whenever I try to access my plan/billing it just sorry then tells me to contact the account owner (me) because I can't change it with my current account, even though I'm the only person on the account and it even lists me as "Primary".
