Can't Modify Plan?

Anyone else receive this when they try to manage their plan? It has been like this at least a few months even though I've had service with no issue.

Depending on your services, you may not be able to modify your services without help from a representative. An employee on the forums would be happy to help you if you don't wish to call. You can simply tell them what you want and they will give you options. Would you like me to ask an employee to help you?
