I am trying to see what my options are to lower my monthly bill as $240 a month is becoming too much. However, every time I click on manage my plan I get this message:

ACCESS DENIED. Nice link. Doesn't work. Terrible. I don't want to pick up the phone and talk to anyone...I want resolution now. AT&T is at my door offering a very low fixed rate. It's a shame that Xfinity will not allow me to even look at my plan in my own account.
