Can't Access My Account Settings/Details

I have a new service with you, and I am trying to access my account details, and it says "A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later." 

 

I read in other threads that it is a national issue, but I would like to know if they have a solution, or something.

I've replied to your private message about your login issues. Can you please verify the last piece of information needed in order to begin troubleshooting?
