Got the $150 Visa Debit Prepaid Card for switching to xfinity mobile. The phone number it says to call on the sticker to activate the card goes nowhere: I was on permanent hold. The website listed on the sticker shows there is $150 balance but it also says "Deposit Only"!? There is no option to activate. I don't have a PIN and can't change the PIN 'cuz there is no "old pin" to enter (where would that even come from?) I called Metabank at a different phone number: they have no record of any such account number! What is going on here?? What am I missing?
