Can I refuse the SIK packgae before UPS delivers it?

This is prob a dumb question, but I wanna refuse a package and have it returned to Comcast since I can't have internet due to my parents outstanding debt, what should I do?

Hello, @myaaa. I am sorry to hear that you are not able to get our services at this time. We recommend you receive the package and then drop it off at any UPS store or your local Xfinity store. This ensures you have a receipt and do not have any unwanted charges for the equipment.
