My TV box has not worked at all the entire week. There is no signal from the TV Box to the TV. I did message a community employee 3 days ago but have not received any response from them. We have already done the trouble shooting 2 times. Everything is hooked up as it is supposed to be and we let the Over the Air troubleshooting try to find out what is wrong with it with no results so obviously something is wrong with the equipment. I am being charged for this box and the TV service and without being able to receive it. I would like to have the last technician that came out if possible. Can someone help set up a service call to get this issue squared away for me please?
