I just signed up for XB6 and have an install scheduled for next week. I feel like $60 is a bit of a ripoff for unplugging a gateway and plugging a new one in and I'm sure I can handle this myself. I had a tech out yesterday for a signal issue so I'm sure all my signals are good now and I wouldn't have any issues. I would just call the xfinity store, but the one in my area only list the 1-800 number.
