Can I activate sooner?

I just signed up for new service. Internet and Streaming TV. It didn't ask me for a start date and I later received confirmation that service is scheduled to start on 7/7/18. 1.5 weeks   The current owners already have comcast service at that address. So everything should already be set up and only transfer. 

 

I have all my own equipment and self install. The streaming service already works. Is there a chance that the internet will work sooner? Would be great to have internet when we move in end of this week. 

 

If I remember correctly, last time we moved I just dialed a number to activate it with an automated system.

Thanks. I called when we moved into the house and they were able to activate my service right on the spot. Smiley Happy
