Just installed the xFi Gateway and now caller Id not working. Have had nothing but problems and no one seems to be able to help. Once I finally get through to a "real person" they have to check into it and say they will call back, not one person has. The customer service is nonexistent. I thought since we upgraded to the and upgraded all our tv boxes that the service would work better, evidently Comcast just wants the money and cares nothing about the customer. Can somebody please contact me to get this resolved?
