This has happened 3-4 times that I called.
When you call toll free number for Xfinity mobile, along with other prompts, you get asked "Press 1 to participate in survey after call, 2 to decline survey"
I press 2, and yet I always get call later on "Thanks for agreeing to participate in survey".
