Cable not buried

Cable not buried

We've had xfinity for about a year and the cable has not been buried.  I was told after installation last year it would be done within 2 weeks but that hasn't happened. 


What do I need to do to get this done?

I can help regarding burying the cable. We will need to submit a ticket for you.
