It has been 4 months now since beginning service with Xfinity and the new cable that had to be run has yet to be buried. I was told by the installer and looked through the Q&As that it would be between 4-8 weeks to be completed. No one from Xfinity or the city or any other party has survyed the land or contacted us. I would like to change that. If there is someone specific I need to contact, please let me know.
