We've noticed in the last couple of weeks that the cable line that runs from our house to the power box is dropping lower and lower (to the point where you can almost grab it). I can't seem to figure out where to call or ask for help on this. Not even sure, given the circumstances, if this is something we can get help with right now, but have a concern that it will continue to fall if not taken care of. Please advise how we should proceed.
