Cable cut

Help, Comcast came out last week to replace my cable. Unfortunately, they didn't bury the cable and they didn't mark it. They said that someone would come by last to bury the cable. Since it wasn't marked or buried, today when the landscapers arrived they ran over the cable cutting it. So right now we have no phone, no internet and no tv. I called and they are not able to repair the cable for 4 days. Does anyone have a suggestion for connecting the cable? Does the Comcast service center have a splicer or something to connect the cable that they can give me?
