Cable burial

If the Xfinity Technician ordered a cable burial, and emails state that utilities will be marked soon, how long would that generally take? So far it has been 10 days with no more communication and no Dig Safe companies have arrived. Now Xfinity says I have an appointment in another 10 days with a Technician. If that technician arrives and still no lines buried...I'm confused about any miscommunication or what to do in that case aside from being unhappy...
