Comcast cable has come loose from the pole and has fallen across road. Tried to call it in, but could not open a ticket due to outage in progress. Someone finally snagged it and broke the cable. Now Comcast will only schedule an in home tech visit. And only after making me reboot my modem and check the connection on the back. This is ludicrous. Is there an emergency number to call to report a line down across a road. Tech support in India didn’t seem to care very much.
