Cable Power Surge Fried all our devices

A power surge came through our cable line and fried our router, cable DVR, the HDMI port on our TV, plus our Apple TV and Fire stick. How do I get these replaced ASAP?

Unless Comcast didn't wire your place properly, it's unlikely that they will reimburse you for those items. Lightning strikes/power surges are an "Act of God",  not negligence. You'll want to submit your claim to your renter's/homeowner's insurance.
