Cable Outage-Comcast Support Unavailable

Good morning,

 

My cable has been out since yesterday afternoon.  I have tried rebooting and I can get my Internet and phone service, but the cable is still down.  I tried calling 1-800-COMCAST and the automated voice prompt comes on stating there was an outage in my area that agents are working to resolve ASAP.  Well, it has been over 10 hours.  Moreover, the prompt states that I can't speak with an agent.  So, basically, I'm without service and I don't know how many others are affected by this, but we're basically being told that nobody can help us.  

 

I would like an agent to respond here ASAP and assist.  I'm in the Goose Creek/Hanahan area of SC and if I'm not getting the service which I pay for, I would like to be credited for the time I have been without service.  It would be most appreciated if someone responded to this ASAP meaning As Soon As Possible.  Thank you.

do you have X1 Cable TV service and internet service? a working and installed set top box? seeing error messages on the TV screens? more information is needed.
