I have contacted Comcast by phone 4 times in the past two weeks about moving my cable line, but, despite promises, no serviceman has come. The cable is "tied" to a tree that is an imediate safety issue and is scheduled for removal; expecting Comcast service, I scheduled a Tree Service crane & police detail. How can I get the Comcast work expedited?
