COVID19 - Technician just walked right into my house!

We changed our plan and was informed that we would need to swap out our DVR box (5years old) and that an apt was set up to swap the DVR and remote. The email stated "We are following the advice of our government and public health officials. To limit close contact with others as much as possible, for everyone’s safety, we will be dropping off your equipment at your door. This will include everything you need, including the equipment that was ordered and any cords and cables." The technician showed up with NO equipement and said his order was for our modem only! That he had to set up our new modem. When i opend the door to see who it was, he walked right in and then closed the door. I am not happy about this, especially when there is supposed to be no contact.
